By using harmonica.games (“the site”), you agree to these terms. Our games are played on third-party platforms, and those platforms’ own terms apply whenever you play.
1. Who we are
harmonica is an independent games studio. We design and build our own games, including Requiem Arena, Corgi Precinct and Jackpot Frenzy. The site is operated by Harmonica Gaming, Bulgaria (“harmonica”, “we”, “us”).
2. The important one: we don’t run the casino
Our games are offered on platforms such as Stake and Stake.us, which are operated by independent companies. We don’t take bets, hold player funds, process payments or manage player accounts on this site.
- Accounts, deposits, withdrawals, bonuses, eligibility and disputes are handled by the platform you play on, under its own terms.
- Each platform decides where our games are available. It’s your responsibility to make sure playing is legal where you live.
- Links on this site take you to those platforms. Once you leave, their terms and privacy policies apply, not ours.
3. Age and responsible play
Our games are for adults only: 18 or over, or the legal age where you live if that’s higher. Play for fun, set limits, and never chase losses.

7. Sound and local storage
The site can play short sounds as you scroll and interact. Use the speaker button to mute it at any time. We store one small preference in your browser’s local storage, your mute setting, so it’s remembered next time. There are no accounts on this site. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when the page loads.
8. Warranty disclaimer
The site is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or fit for a particular purpose.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site, or for any losses, including money wagered, on third-party platforms where our games are offered.
10. Changes
We may update the site or these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of European Union, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
